The school doctor will give winter sports physicals on Wednesday, July 31st, 2024 in the high school nurse’s office. The physical schedule is as follows:
8:00 – 9:00 - Football
9:00 – 9:30 – Boys Soccer
9:30 – 10:00 – Girls Soccer
10:00 – 10:30 - Volleyball
10:30 – 11:00 – Cheerleading
11:00 -11:30 – Jr. High Girls Basketball
11:30-12:00 – Marching Band
THE FIRST FIVE SECTIONS OF THE PHYSICAL PACKET MUST BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT WITH PARENT AND STUDENT SIGNATURES (SEVERAL REQUIRED). THE FIRST TWO LINES OF SECTION 6 SHOULD ALSO BE COMPLETED. PHYSICALS WILL NOT BE PERFORMED WITHOUT THE SIGNED FORM! Physical forms are available in the high school office, nurse’s office, or can be downloaded from the PIAA.org website under “Resources” and then “Forms” (CIPPE FORM SECTIONS).
This will be the only date for fall sports physicals at school. If you cannot make this date, you will need to contact your family physician and schedule an appointment for a physical at your own expense. If you have any questions, contact Mr. Ancheff.
